2. Ticket Purchase and Use

– Tickets purchased are for your personal use and are not to be resold or transferred without the express permission of Texas Born Amusements.
– Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

3. Conduct

– Guests are expected to behave in a family-friendly manner that is safe, respectful, and appropriate for all ages.
– Texas Born Amusements reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.

4. Safety and Liability

5. Intellectual Property

– All logos, trademarks, and copyright materials associated with Texas Born Amusements are the property of Texas Born Amusements or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
– Guests may be photographed or recorded during their visit. By accepting these terms, you grant Texas Born Amusements the right to use such images or footage for promotional purposes.

6. Changes and Cancellations

– Texas Born Amusements reserves the right to change operating hours, close attractions, or cancel events due to weather, safety, maintenance, or any other reason without prior notice.
– All sales are final and non-refundable
